How to Get the Biggest Discounts at Walmart

As mentioned in my earlier post, "Why I Shop at Walmart" I do all my grocery shopping at Walmart for two reasons: price matching and double couponing. Anyone whose every price matched at Walmart knows that you have to have an exact product match to get the discount. However, most don't know that you can actually price match the generic brands as well. So next time you're searching through the local deals in your newspaper look for brand names like "Western Family" and "Kroger". Both of which are generic brands.

Timing is Everything

Most couponers will go out and buy whatever they happen to have a coupon for that day instead of waiting for the right time to use it. When is the right time to use a coupon? When you can combine manufacturer coupons with sales.
